| In a town of small farms Hagerthey's
Feed Store was an important place. Its location at the Maple Avenue station
made it easy to bring in supplies and farmers from throughout the area came
here to get them. Hagerthey's sold the business to Earl Anderson and it
was became Anderson's Feed and Supply Company. The loss of farms after World
War II meant the end of the feed supply business in Linwood. |
