The Suburban Trolley Line was built on Shore Road in 1902. There was a single set of tracks in the center of the road and cars had to move over while the trolley went by. This photo was taken at the corner of Belhaven Avenue. During heavy snows, they often put a snow plow on the front of the trolley to clear the path. The little building on the right is now located behind the Leedsville School Museum on Poplar Avenue.
