The Brighton Farms

The Brighton Farms began operation in the
1930's and their dairy barns were just off Shore Road at Elm Avenue. The
lane in the foreground is now Country Club Drive. After a fire destroyed
the barns in the 1950's, the farm land was sold off for housing in the post-war
construction boom. |
